Mylisz 'wczorajszy' nowy kawałek (podobno) Goldrush z 'poprzednim' nowym kawałkiem Death Will Never Conquer - śpiewany na trasia przez Willa, do ściągnięcia również z oficjalnej strony zespołu.Odnośnie nowego kawałka,to Goldrush to raczej nie jest,bo na bootlegu,który posiadam jest ów utwór zaśpiewany przez...Willa

Myślę, że nie jest to hotlinkowanie - madeinpoland nie stara się budować serwisu internetowego w oparciu o czyjeś zasoby (http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotlink) w przeciwnym razie każdy post z grafiką czy nawet linkiem do YouTube możemy nazwać hotlinkowaniem.ALe tu mamy inny problem - hotlinkowanie

Nie chodzi mi o jakieś definicje, tylko o to, że jak się oferuje link do bootlegu, to powinien to być bootleg, który się samemu uploadowało, a nie wykorzystany upload kogoś innego. Pomijając etykę itd. taka zasada zwiększa dostępność - lepiej, żeby coś było w wielu miejscach, niż w niewielu. Ale się kłócił nie będę.

Jak dla mnie nie ma mowy o hotlinkowaniu.
Została podany adres strony na której zamieszczone są bootlegi, wskazane więc zostało źródło linków do ściągania.
Czy hotlinkowaniem byłoby np. wskazanie strony u2start.com?
