Czy ktoś z Was otrzymał już bilety na ten koncert zamawiane przez teleticketserice? Pisałem ze dwa tygodnie do Teleticketservice maila kiedy otrzymam bilety i cisza. Zaczynają mnie trochę denerwować.

I become a bit nervous - how can I book a hotel or a plane ticket if I do not have my concert ticket at hand? And if I receive my tickets very late - there is a high possibility I would not have a chance to book the most convenient and desired ones. Who will then compensate my losses? I am looking forward to prompt answer.

Hello,
We send the tickets as soon as we receive the permission of the concert organization and the Belgian Economic Inspection. It isn?t known yet when we receive the approval. Why do you have to wait to book your hotel and plane? You have paid for the tickets so they are yours. You can obtain replacement tickets if your tickets don?t arrive correctly.
